Poor. I've tried this place 3 times. The first time I went, the hot chocolate drink was cold so the second time I went, I told them and asked if I could have it extra hot. The lady obliged and it was good so went again today. The hot chocolate was cold. Asked if they had a microwave, she said yes, asked her if she could warm it up, she said no. She said it was warm enough. I didn't bother trying to drink a cold chocolate and won't bother trying them again. The 2 young girls were more interested in playing with their electronic toys and asking Google or alexa or whatever it was questions with a young male assistant than dealing with real life customers. Perhaps get a more experienced person in to supervise
Took the children for a hot chocolate on a cold day and we all loved it. Great products and great service. Even purchased a new kettle whilst I was there.

Appalling service. Asked for 3 chai lattes and 3 chai teas arrived. No-one knew how to make them and had to look for another member of staff to help. When the arrived they tasted dreadful - will definitely not be using this shop again
I LOVE this Company. Their Customer Service is second to none and I have always received my orders in double quick time. My husband drinks their Decaf coffees and loves them all. Their Decaf is so amazing that, when I have given it to various guests they didn't even realise that they were drinking Decaf coffee. Now that is a good sign of an incredibly tasting Decaf coffee. I buy from Fresco Coffee regularly, purchasing not only coffee but their chocolate covered nuts, coffee beans, flavoured teas and even the odd bit of equipment to aid me in and tea and coffee making abilities.
