A truly horrible experience, 14 hours without heat, water or toilet facilities. No response from the emergency help number despite 9 calls, we resorted to turning the boiler and water off ourselves in sub zero temperatures to stop the water pouring from the ceiling onto our bed. Finally it was fixed to be followed straight after with the bath leaking and flooding the room and again pouring down into the room below. Complete disregard from the reception staff regarding the complaint despite sharing video and photo evidence of the awful conditions on our 10th anniversary. On complaining to the manager and requesting a refund due to the poor conditions I was informed 'Christ we don't give refunds out we would go bankrupt when I asked if he thought it was acceptable to go without heat water or toilet for 14 hours he replied ' you could have got a couple of flushes out'. The manager is the least professional person I have ever delay with and has not care for the impact this shambles of a weekend has had on what should have been a special occasion. Avoid at all costs
