Great fish and chips as usual. Popular? I had to do four laps of the green before a car parking slot became available, still the fish and chips were worth it.
ROMG!! These fish and chips are AMAZING. Hands down the best of the best of the best in the area. Consistently good. And jumbo fish makes so much sense. Just go. Go now. Chipsssss
Excellent fish and chips I'm gluten free and they cook just to how you would like it. Staff are first class. I won't go anywhere else we'll done highly recommend you try it.
So many absolutely delicious choice of perfectly cooked fish, and top notch service. They were already very busy and with some table rearranging, fit in our large party. And we felt very well looked after. We loved it. So much more than just a chippy.
Booked a table and was seated, we ordered our food and sat with a hungry 2 year old.. half an hour had passed with no sign of our food, we saw 2 other tables (who arrived after us) get served, it was only when we asked where our food was that it finally arrived. We were told it was suppose to be out in 10 minutes but the fryer wasnt keeping up (how this explains the other tables were served - all with fish I dont know) it seems our order was forgotten about.Food was nice, not huge portions but the price was right.We then had to stand and wait at the till for over 5 minutes for someone to arrive so we could pay (no compensation offered)
