Gorgeous bunch of flowers sent to a friend for her birthday, she loved them. Having been badly let down by Interflora fortunately The Flower Box saved the day - I was very grateful.
Terrible experience! I ordered through a third party internet company who ordered a basket of flowers for the amount of 42.50 including postage from The Flower Box. The flowers that arrived were appalling, it consisted of 2 roses, 3 carnations and some infillers which were sparse. On their website they advertise a basket of the same value with 8 roses, 6 Gerbera and lots of Infillers. When I called the shop they were dismissive and rude.
